NXP官方开发工具MCUXpresso IDE更新到v10.2，MCUXpresso SDK更新到v2.4.0

这次SDK针对RT1050更新了一些BUG，更新了链接编译工具，新增了对LittleFS文件系统的支持，详细更新内容如下，文末有下载链接：
