imx6ull pro 网口起不来的问题

pro开发板网口接eth2可以link up,但是配置的静态IP没有，eth1启动失败，网络接口的灯不亮，可能会是什么原因，因为之前是OK的，之后测试过SD卡启动，再回到emmc启动，网络就有点问题了？
