sudo apt install peripheral 安装出错

大家好，
   我跟着野火linux视频，第23讲用脚本体验硬件，遇到 sudo apt install peripheral 安装出错，如下所示：

debian@npi:~$ sudo apt install peripheral

还有有一个疑惑，视频中的sudo apt update 命令是不是只会检查更新，如果是的话如何进行真正的跟新。
