在串口试验编程时候，程序出现在bsp.o和stm32f10x_it.o重复定义

然后我再bsp.c文件中的程序加上static 就好了 但是还没有验证能不能实现试验现象。
为什么会出现这种原因啊？stm32f10x_it.c中 我啥都没写还报错？？

我换了个工程模板，把自己写的程序复制上去，就没有错了，好奇怪！
