Software Engineer (SSE RnDBeijing)
  
As one of TBU(TelecomBusiness Unit) RnD center, SSE(SIM & Secure Element) RnD Beijing serves theproducts for the mobile network operators all over the world, our productscover the booming 4G LTE(Long Term Evolution) markets, M2M(Machine 2 Machine)for Europe, NFC(Near Field Communication) for China, and the classic fastequipped product for the massive 2G/3G market.
  
Our products are based on ourown embedded platform, provide the tailored functionality based on UICC, GP(Global Platform) and Javacard, supports GSM/USIM/CSIM/ISIM/LTE, OTA remotemanagement, contactless and etc. We continue challenging ourselves on security,liability and performance, to protect our customer’s assets.

1. Basic Mission
Analyze our customer’s requirements, bring your idea, and build the bricks with your mind based on our operating system. Challenge the functionality, the security, the performance and the memory limit, and deliver best in class product to our customer.
Be prepared to face the field issues which happen in our products, and fix them.
  
2. Main Responsibility
Understand, analyze and challenge requirement in respect of our customer.
Design, coding, unit test, bug fixing, and optimize.
Cross validation of other modules from the colleagues, challenge his/her design by your use case design.
Track the bugs in system.
Co-work with other teams to have the project successfully.
Improve the process as you can.
On time delivery.
  
3. Required qualities and skills
Master or bachelor degree on Computer Science, Automation, Electronics Engineering or related majors.
Knowledge in C/C++, Java.
Good communication in English is needed, to support our global projects, CET4 is mandatory.
Autonomy, energetic, able to work under pressure, team player and knowledge sharing.
Embedded software development, or Smart card experience is preferred.
